A first of its kind initiative
A first of its kind in Malaysia, Concept Home 2030 Competition is an initiative that aims to challenge how homes could be designed and built in the future. It is a platform that allows architects and visionaries to engage and exchange solutions with the industry, consumers, and the public, to turn great ideas into designs, and great designs into prototypes.
An outlook to a future Malaysian home
One of our current initiatives is a competition that encourages architects to articulate their vision of the future-ready terrace home through ideas that
dynamically shift the way we live.
A significant challenge for Malaysian terrace homes today, is the incorporation of efficient, versatile, and customisable spaces that deliver solutions for
the new-norm lifestyle. Our aim is to reinvent the terrace home of the future, designed based on real human needs.
Reshaping future homes through technology and innovation
To shape the future of how we live, we must trailblaze ideas in construction technology, property technology and design technology. This competition aims to push the boundaries by adopting technology and artificial intelligence to disrupt the way we design, develop and build people-centric homes for sustainable communities & townships of the future.
Building for the next generation of homebuyers
Making homes desirable for all demographics is a key objective of our Concept Home 2030 Competition. In search of disruptive concepts that will challenge the norm, participants must adapt to ever-changing trends from building materials and methods to sustainable living features. These envisioned homes are premised on conceptual and advanced technology and must respond to key mega trends and disruptions such as climate change, home ownership, material scarcity, as well as evolving lifestyles.
